Painted as the focal piece for an award-winning home in the 2022 Street of Dreams, I wanted this painting to capture the romance of wine country, to add to the ambience of this Napa Valley inspired home with vineyard views. I thought back to my time in Italy when I was there for an art history study abroad in college, and how alluring and picturesque those rolling hills dotted with Cyprus trees were to me, and knew I had to use Tuscany as my muse.
